Caroline Armstrong Man-icon

I was born in the North of England and graduated from Sheffield Medical School. I worked in the UK for two years before coming to New Zealand, supposedly on a six month working holiday with my husband, but we didn’t want to leave!

We spent almost two years in Palmerston North and I worked in the Wellington and South Wairarapa regions before coming to Mana in 2014. I am interested in all areas of general practice and love the variety it brings. I particularly enjoy paediatrics, having completed a diploma in child health through the University of Otago. I also have an interest in women’s health, menopause and can insert Mirena and copper IUDs.  I am a member of the Australasian Menopause Society (AMS) as well as a member of various online peer-led menopause groups.

Outside of work I’m a busy Mum of two, starting to get back into my previous passions of dancing and paddleboarding.

Currently not taking new patients.
